Today I am in your "recipe book" prepared by another quick meal and a healthy breakfast.

Breakfast will saturate the entire morning. To prepare you spend just 5 minutes of work.


The effects are:

The mixer is administered:
  • 1 kiwi fruit 
  • 1 banana 
  • 1 nectarine 
  • 2 figi 
  • 2 tea spoons of linseed 
  • 3 tablespoons of the mixture goji berries and dried cranberries 
  • 2 tea spoons PhytoLife 
  • 3 tablespoons SLMsmart 
  • add a little water, and mixed
