My first beginnings of a healthy lifestyle

My story is as follows. In my childhood I was a regular visitor to the hospital of birth. I underwent four operations. Has experienced hepatitis, countless times I had a fever, sore throat, headaches.. Up to 15 years when I decided that I will break this vicious circle. I started first of all to deal with recreational cycling. It was in 1991. Then I bought then called mountain bike.The first time it gave only 14 days after the first tour.But it did not last half an hour. Since then, almost every day I went on a bike for at least half an hour. From that day onwards I started to be aware of a healthy lifestyle.
